Sales channels let you extend the reach of your Cartble catalog beyond your storefront. By connecting to Google Merchant Center, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok, you make your products discoverable to millions of shoppers without duplicating your inventory management. Cartble keeps your channel listings in sync with the products you manage in your admin panel.
You must have an active Google Merchant Center account set up and approved before connecting it to Cartble. If you don’t have one yet, create it at merchants.google.com before following the steps below.

Google Merchant Center

Cartble connects directly to your Google Merchant Center account via OAuth so your product catalog syncs automatically. Once connected, your products appear across Google Shopping, Search, and Display surfaces.
1

Open Sales Channels

In your Cartble admin, go to Admin → Sales Channels → Google.
2

Authorize your Google account

Click Connect Google Account. You are redirected to Google’s OAuth consent screen. Sign in with the Google account that owns your Merchant Center.
3

Auto-detect your Merchant Center

After you authorize, Cartble automatically detects and pre-fills your Merchant Center account ID. If you have multiple Merchant Center accounts linked to your Google login, Cartble selects the first active one found.
4

Confirm or enter your Merchant ID

If the detected Merchant ID is incorrect, or if auto-detection could not find one, enter your Merchant ID manually in the Merchant Center ID field.
5

Push your catalog

Click Sync Now to immediately push your product catalog to Google Merchant Center. Cartble uploads product details including titles, descriptions, prices, images, and availability.
Subsequent catalog changes — such as price updates, new products, or stock changes — are reflected in Google Merchant Center on the next sync. Run a manual sync from the Sales Channels panel any time you want to push changes immediately.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

For Meta channels, Cartble generates a product feed URL that you paste directly into Meta Business Manager. This feed follows the standard format that Meta uses to import and keep your catalog updated. Your unique feed URL is displayed in your Cartble admin and already includes your store identifier — you never need to construct it manually.
1

Copy your Meta feed URL

In Admin → Sales Channels, find the Meta section and click the copy icon next to your feed URL. The URL is pre-filled with your store details.
2

Add the feed in Meta Business Manager

Open Meta Business Manager, navigate to Commerce Manager → Catalog → Data Sources, and add a new data feed using the URL you copied.
3

Enable the Meta feed

Toggle Enable Meta Feed in your Cartble Sales Channels panel to confirm you want Cartble to serve the feed.

TikTok

TikTok uses the same feed-based approach as Meta. Cartble generates a dedicated TikTok product feed URL you can submit to TikTok Ads Manager. As with Meta, your unique feed URL is ready to copy directly from the Sales Channels settings page.
1

Copy your TikTok feed URL

In Admin → Sales Channels, find the TikTok section and click the copy icon next to your feed URL.
2

Submit the feed in TikTok Ads Manager

Open TikTok Ads Manager, go to Assets → Catalog, and create a new catalog using a URL-based data feed. Paste your Cartble feed URL.
3

Enable the TikTok feed

Toggle Enable TikTok Feed in your Cartble Sales Channels panel.
Meta and TikTok read your feed on their own schedule (typically every few hours). Keeping your catalog accurate in Cartble ensures that feed-based channels reflect your latest products and pricing. There is no manual sync button for feed channels — availability and pricing update automatically when the external platform re-crawls your feed URL.
